Top court stays HC order on Arya Samaj marriages?

The Supreme Court has stayed the Delhi High Court's order on the validity of Arya Samaj marriages. The High Court had declared such marriages to be invalid, on the basis that they required no registration. The Supreme Court, however, stayed the order, noting that the issue needed to be examined further and that the High Court's judgement could not be a binding one.
